The company’s expedition planning is driven by order, Rolling Forecast or Kan Ban supply systems, working in close co-operation with its customers.

Bar code labelled containers and pallets are transferred from its production department to the warehouse by automated guided vehicles. The warehouse management system automatically dedicates the pallet locations in QCMS’ warehouse.

The same warehouse management system ensures that parts are shipped “First In - First Out” to customers worldwide and are fully-traceable, thanks to Quadrant's Web EDI system.
